Veuillez remplir le formulaire de demande suivant en y joignant votre demande de production de poésie photographique, de conception de textes manuscrits, etc. ainsi que les informations requises.

ご依頼後の流れ（ 写真詩作品制作・手書き文字制作等 ）

1. ご依頼内容の確認メールを送信いたします。
   
2. 見積もりを算出し、お伝えいたします。
3. 同意頂けましたら、契約成立となり、一部前金をお支払いただきます。
4. その後は、お客様がご希望のイメージ等をお聞きし、お互いのイメージを擦り合わせながら作業を進めます。
5. 完成いたしましたら、作品媒体に合わせた適切な方法にて、納品いたします。
6. 納品した作品にご納得いただけましたら、請求書を送付いたします。
7. 請求書をご確認頂けましたら、指定の口座にお振込ください。
8. お振込が確認できましたら、領収書を送付いたします。（これを持って契約の履行完了となります。)

Flow after order ( photo-poetry production, handwritten text production, etc.)

1. We will send you an email confirming your request.

2. We will calculate and provide you with an estimate.

3. If you agree, the contract will be concluded and we     will ask you to make a partial payment in advance via PayPal.

4. After that, we will ask you about your desired image, etc., and proceed with the work while mutually matching the image with the client's.

5. Once the work is completed, we will deliver it to you in an appropriate manner for the medium in which it is to be used.

6. Once the client is satisfied with the delivered work, we will send an invoice.

7. Upon receipt of the invoice, please pay the balance via PayPal.

7. Upon confirmation of payment, we will send you a receipt. （This will be the completion of the contract).

Flux après commande (production de photos-poèmes, production de textes manuscrits, etc.)

1. Nous vous envoyons un e-mail de confirmation de votre demande.

2. Nous calculons et vous fournissons un devis.

3. Si vous êtes d'accord, le contrat sera conclu et nous vous demanderons d'effectuer un paiement partiel à l'avance via PayPal.

4. Ensuite, nous vous demanderons de nous indiquer l'image que vous souhaitez obtenir, etc., et nous commencerons le travail en faisant correspondre l'image avec celle du client.

5. Une fois le travail terminé, nous vous le livrons de manière appropriée pour le support dans lequel il doit être utilisé.

6. Lorsque le client est satisfait du travail livré, nous lui envoyons une facture.

7. Dès réception de la facture, veuillez régler le solde via PayPal.

8. Après confirmation du paiement, nous vous enverrons un reçu. （Ceci marquera l'achèvement du contrat.)
